Welcome to our new online application for Girls Write Nashville Season 4 which will take place January-June 2020!
You may notice Girls Write Nashville is expanding its programming into after school programs, and as we do this, the program that you all have previously participated in and are applying for enrollment in has become our All-City Artists Guild.
To join again in Season 4, please complete this application and submit it by Wednesday October 23, 2019 to reserve your spot in the Season 4 All-City Artists Guild.

Season 4 Important Dates and Attendance Policy
As always, attendance for All-City Artists Guild meetings is mandatory, and we expected participants to prioritize Guild programming in their schedules due to the high demand for participation in the program as well as the extraordinary opportunity that it is to work with a local professional artist and record your song in a studio with a session band.
Participants will be expected to meet twice a month with their individual mentor and attend all monthly Writers Guilds. Participants are allowed one excused absence from a monthly Writers Guild. Any further Guild absences and/or failure to schedule and complete individual sessions with your mentor will result in an attendance warning. The accumulation of three attendance warnings within one season may result in the loss of your participation slot in the All-City Artists Guild. If you have any questions at all about attendance, feel free to email Georgia at georgia@girlswritenashville.com.
We are also very understanding of the need to sometimes coordinate transportation assistance to and from Guilds. There is a spot in the application for you to let us know if you’ll need assistance in arranging transportation.
